PAYMENT METHOD & OPTIONS There are two payment options: • Monthly – automatic payment plan • Once a semester – cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) Please make all checks payable to St. Louis School of Music. Lessons will not be given until payment has been received. AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN Students who elect to pay monthly must also complete the Automatic Payment Authorization Form. Your account will be charged on the 15th of the month. BACK TO POLICIES
